Shweta Jalan brings over 15 years of private equity expertise as Managing Partner at Advent India PE Advisors Private Limited. She previously served at ICICI Venture, India's largest private equity firm. Her expertise spans sourcing and negotiating transactions, investment management, and successful exits through strategic sales and public listings.
Viraj Sawhney
Managing Director, Warburg Pincus
Viraj Sawhney is the Managing Director at Warburg Pincus, based in Mumbai. Since joining in 2005, he has led and evaluated investment opportunities in TMT and business services. His sector expertise includes logistics, telecom, technology services, and BPO. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, Viraj was an Engagement Manager with McKinsey & Company, where he spent five years serving clients across India, S.E. Asia, and Australia.
Atin Jain
Director at Advent International
Atin is a director at Advent International and covers technology investments across the US and India, and healthcare investments in India. He joined Advent in 2019 from Bain Capital, where he spent over three years working in Technology and Healthcare investments. Before that, he worked at Bain & Company (Consulting) and Accenture (Technology). He currently serves on the Encora, Tredence, and Avra Laboratories boards.
Jimmy Etheredge

Jimmy Etheredge brings over three decades of technology and consulting experience to the board. As CEO of Accenture North America until 2023, he led the company as the largest market leader, driving innovation and fostering strong client relationships. He directed a team of 80,000 professionals across strategy, consulting, interactive, technology, and operations practices.
Nilanjan Roy

Nilanjan Roy brings 33 years of international finance expertise, including CFO roles at Infosys Limited and Bharti Airtel Limited and senior positions at Unilever. His broad expertise spans traditional finance functions, corporate governance, ESG, and risk management across multiple geographies in Europe, the United States, and India.
Anand Birje
CEO and Director
Anand Birje is the CEO of Encora, with overall responsibility for the company's growth, client service, and day-to-day operations. Prior to this role, Birje was the President of Digital Business Services at HCL Technologies, where he drove the global growth of Digital Consulting, Applications & Platforms, and Data & Analytics, including strategy, practices, and service delivery. As a founding member of HCL's Infrastructure Services Division, he helped build the business to $2.5 billion+ within a decade and was instrumental in multiple strategic acquisitions across the US and Europe.
Venu Raghavan
Non-Executive Chairman and Member, Board of Directors
Venu is an industry veteran with over 25 years of experience in the Information Technology industry in operational and advisory roles. He is a co-founder of Encora, and led the company as CEO until 2023, during which Encora established its initial journey as a leading global product engineering leader, leading acquisitions that expanded the delivery capabilities globally. He continues to serve as a non-executive member of Encora's board.
